The construction method comprises the following steps: step S1 of sealing the raft and the post-cast strip of the basement exterior wall; step S2 of arranging a waterproof coiled material and a coiled material protective layer on the sealed post-cast strip; step S3 of judging whether concrete of the basement exterior wall meets design strength requirements or not, performing fat slot construction if the concrete meets the design strength requirements, otherwise, continuing to wait. Compared with the prior art, the construction method for the raft and the post-cast strip of the basement exterior wall provided by the invention can seal the raft and the post-cast strip of the basement exterior wall, effectively shortens technical interval time needed for the original post-cast strip pouring, dismounting and curing process, effectively improves construction efficiency of the post-cast strip, can perform waterproof construction and fat slot construction on the sealed post-cast strip in advance by an operator, and finally effectively improves integral construction efficiency.
