The invention discloses an advanced closing and pouring method for a basement outer wall post-cast strip and a raft post-cast strip, belongs to the field of general building structures, and solves the problem of advanced reliable closing of a post-cast strip on a common basement shear wall outer wall at the intersection of a basement below a high-rise main building and a basement below a low-rise skirt building. A prefabricated reinforced concrete unit plate (5) is connected between the outer side vertical face of the basement left side outer wall body (2) and the outer side vertical face of the basement right side outer wall body (3) in an abutting mode, and a pair of steel pipes (8) is connected between the inner side vertical face of the basement left side outer wall body (2) and the inner side vertical face of the basement right side outer wall body (3) in an abutting mode. In the direction from outside to inside, a pair of U-shaped screws sequentially penetrate through the through holes (11), in-wall steel bar gaps of the basement outer wall post-cast strip (4) and a pair of steel pipes (8) and then are connected with butterfly clamps (9) and nuts (10); the structure is simple and implementation is easy.
