The invention discloses an environment-friendly river channel dredging device for water conservancy construction. The environment-friendly river channel dredging device comprises a movable vehicle body, wherein movable wheels are arranged at the bottom of the movable vehicle body; a driving box for driving the movable wheels to rotate is arranged at the tail part of the movable vehicle body; a sludge box and a lifting tower are arranged on the top surface of the movable vehicle body; the lower end of the lifting tower stretches out of the lower side of the movable vehicle body; a collection shovel channel is arranged at the bottom of the lifting tower; the section of the collection shovel channel is L-shaped; a lifting motor is arranged at the top of the lifting tower; an output end of thelifting motor is connected with a rotary shaft; the rotary shaft is provided with a lifting auger; a transferring pipeline is arranged at the upper part of a side face of the lifting tower; the otherend of the transferring pipeline is located at the top of the sludge box; the transferring pipeline communicates with the inner part of the sludge box; and when the environment-friendly river channeldredging device is used for dredging, a lifting plate is lifted in a reciprocating manner along an inner wall of a fixed frame and sludge in the movement direction of the movable vehicle body is crushed through crushing teeth, so that the sludge can enter the collection shovel channel to be collected in a movement process of the movable vehicle body and the environment-friendly river channel dredging device is very convenient.
