Precast concrete column splicing joint
The invention provides a precast concrete column splicing joint. The preset concrete column splicing joint comprises a precast concrete upper column and a precast concrete lower column; a protruding quadrangular frustum pyramid is arranged in the center of the lower end face of the precast concrete upper column, and a quadrangular groove matched with the quadrangular frustum pyramid is formed in the center of the upper end face of the precast concrete lower column; the quadrangular frustum pyramid on the end face of the precast concrete upper column is inserted into the quadrangular groove inthe end face of the precast concrete lower column to assist butt joint positioning of the upper and lower columns; lap joint grooves are formed in the column corners and the column edges of the lowerend face of the precast concrete upper column and the upper end face of the precast concrete lower column respectively, force-bearing reinforcements of the columns stretch out by a section in the lapjoint grooves, and threads are formed on the stretching-out reinforcements; screw holes are formed in top plates and bottom plates of column corner connecting pieces and column edge connecting piecesrespectively; and the column corner connecting pieces and the column edge connecting pieces are embedded into the lap joint grooves respectively, and the force-bearing reinforcements of the stretching-out parts penetrate through the screw holes to be fastened through nuts. Cast-in-place concrete is not needed, the structure is simple, and construction is fast.
本发明提供一种预制混凝土柱拼接节点,包括预制混凝土上柱、预制混凝土下柱,预制混凝土上柱的下端面中心设有凸出的四棱台,预制混凝土下柱的上端面中心设有与所述四棱台配合的四棱形凹槽,预制混凝土上柱端面的四棱台插入预制混凝土下柱端面的四棱形凹槽中辅助上下柱的对接定位;预制混凝土上柱的下端面以及预制混凝土下柱的上端面的柱角和柱边分别设置有搭接凹槽,搭接凹槽内,柱的受力主筋伸出一段,且伸出部分钢筋上带有螺纹,柱角连接件和柱边连接件的顶板和底板上分别开设螺孔,柱角连接件和柱边连接件分别嵌入搭接凹槽中并使得伸出部分受力主筋穿过所述的螺孔通过螺母紧固。本发明无需现浇混凝土,构造简洁施工快捷。
