The invention discloses a connection steel joint of a precast concrete column and a precast concrete floor. The connection steel joint comprises a first steel rib connecting piece integrally poured with the precast concrete column, and a second steel rib connecting piece integrally poured with the precast concrete floor, wherein the first steel rib connecting piece and the second steel rib connecting piece are matched with each other and welded. According to the invention, the first steel rib connecting piece is arranged at the connection joint part of the precast concrete column, the second steel rib connecting piece is arranged at the connection joint part of the precast concrete floor, and the first steel rib connecting piece and the second steel rib connecting piece are integrally poured with the corresponding precast concrete parts during prefabrication in a factory, so that on-site wet construction is not needed during on-site mounting, the construction efficiency is high, and the operation is convenient.
