The invention discloses a novel steel structure anti-seismic connecting joint for an ALC plate. The novel steel structure anti-seismic connecting joint comprises a plurality of groups of ALC plate assemblies, wherein joints of the multiple groups of ALC plate assemblies are equipped with anchoring plate assemblies; bearing plate assemblies are hung on the anchoring plate assemblies; bottom plate bodies of the ALC plate assemblies are carried on plate bodies of the bearing plate assemblies; plate bodies of the bearing plate assemblies are hung on an inverted-H-shaped steel assembly; the anchoring plate assemblies are matched with the bearing plate assemblies for conveniently assembling and connecting the multiple groups of ALC plate assemblies for use; through the bearing plate assemblies,the multiple groups of assembled ALC plate assemblies are conveniently assembled with the inverted-H-shaped steel assembly for use; and meanwhile, through the assembly connection structure, the structure system (bottom end being free) is used for damping and dissipating energy during an earthquake condition or strong impact loads, so that rigid damages of the structure are avoided, a plant prefabricating rate is greatly increased, a field drilling construction process is not needed, damages to ALC plates are reduced, field labor use is saved, a construction period is shortened, and human factors of construction errors are reduced.
