According to the scheme, after a vertical plate is installed on a supporting column through a fixing bolt, I-shaped steel is placed on a transverse plate, and a movable plate is borne by the fact that the pressure on the I-shaped steel is reduced; then the automatic fixing mechanism is tightly attached to the transverse plate through rotation of a screw rod and clamps the I-shaped steel at the same time, so that the I-shaped steel is fixed to the supporting column, on one hand, the transverse plate and the automatic fixing mechanism form clamping force to clamp and fix the I-shaped steel, and the connecting mode of the I-shaped steel and the supporting column is different from a welding connecting mode; and on the other hand, vibration of the I-shaped steel can be relieved to the maximum extent through the assemblies on the transverse plate, the anti-seismic effect of the I-shaped steel is enhanced, and the I-shaped steel is more stable after being connected.
