The invention relates to a clamping-type keel wall panel mounting structure and a mounting method. The clamping-type keel wall panel mounting structure comprises a wall surface and wall panels. The two adjacent wall panels are connected through a clamping piece. The clamping piece comprises a mounting plate parallel to the wall surface. The mounting plate is secured to the wall surface by a mounting assembly. One side of the mounting plate is provided with two clamping plates with elasticity. The clamping plates are perpendicular to the mounting plate. Clamping teeth are arranged on one sides,close to each other, of the two clamping plates. One side of the wall panel is bent to form connecting plates perpendicular to the wall panels. The two connecting plates abut against each other and are inserted and connected between the two clamping plates. Clamping grooves matched with the clamping teeth are formed in one sides, away from each other, of the two connecting plates. The clamping teeth on the two clamping plates are correspondingly clamped in the clamping grooves in the two connecting plates. A supporting assembly is arranged between the mounting plate and the two clamping plates. When the two connecting plates are inserted and connected between the two clamping plates, the supporting assembly makes the clamping plates difficult to bend in the direction away from the connecting plates.
