Transition transformation method for railway yard
The invention provides a transition transformation method for a railway yard. The method is used to solve the problem of long-term continuous interruption of existing road traffic and construction safety when extending an original frame bridge under the operating state of the railway yard. A plurality of sections of the original frame bridge are extended along a direction vertical to a railway line by a sectional building method; and the steps are as follows: installing a safety and intelligent early warning system and construction warning signs; laying a cable protective device; excavating the joints of the original frame bridge and setting up a first temporary bridge plate support frame; setting up a second temporary bridge support frame; installing a temporary bridge plate; installing aprotective baffle and a lighting device; pouring a new frame bridge; implementing the construction of the next section of the frame bridge, and moving and advancing a temporary passage bridge continuously, and finally completing the extension of the whole section of the frame bridge. The method provided by the invention makes the investment of the reconstruction project low, does not need to close the existing road continuously for a long time in the project, and maintains the operation status of the railway yard; at the same time, the safety intelligent early warning system and the cable protection device are installed to ensure the safe construction.
本发明提供了一种铁路站场的过渡改造方法,用以解决在站场运营状态下延长原有框构桥会长期连续中断既有道路通行及施工安全的问题,采用分段接建的方式沿垂直铁路线路方向延长原有框架桥若干节段,步骤如下:安装安全智能预警系统和施工警示标识;铺设电缆保护装置;对原有框构桥的接长处进行挖掘施工,设置第一临时桥板支撑架;设置第二临时桥板支撑架;安装临时桥板;安装防护挡板及照明装置;浇筑新建框构桥;实施下一节段框构桥的接建,不断移动推进临时通行桥,最终完成框构桥全段的延长接建。本发明使改造工程投资低,工程中不需要长期连续封闭既有道路,保持站场运营状态,同时设置安全智能预警系统、铺设电缆保护装置保障施工安全进行。
