The invention relates to an electric vehicle anti-charging-parking-space-occupying device. The device comprises a device seat, wherein the device seat is connected, through a floating spring, to a floating supporting plate which can float up and down and is used for parking of front wheels of a corresponding electric vehicle, the device seat is rotatably equipped with a blocking support whose rotating axis extending in a left-right direction, the blocking support comprises a blocking arm, the blocking support is in a forward-backward swing process, the blocking arm has a blocking position on the upper side of the floating supporting plate to block forward movement of the front wheels, the device base is further provided with a normally closed electromagnetic switch, the normally closed electromagnetic switch comprises a movable iron core and an electromagnetic coil electrically connected to a socket corresponding to a charging parking space through a wire, and the movable iron core isprovided with a power-off locking position for limiting the blocking arm in the blocking position through blocking cooperation with the blocking support and an electrifying unlocking position for releasing blocking on the blocking support. The electric vehicle anti-charging-parking-space-parking device is provided, and can prevent an electric vehicle which does not need charging from occupying a charging parking space.
