The parking lot based on space-occupying charging comprises a plurality of parking spaces, a management platform, and a charging management platform, wherein a limiting device for limiting a vehicle for entering the parking space and a charging device corresponding to the parking space are arranged on at least one parking space; the management platform is in communication connection with the limiting device; the charging management platform is in communication connection with the charging device; and the management platform is in communication connection with the charging management platform, so that data interaction is carried out between the charging management platform and the management platform. According to theparking lot based on space-occupying charging provided by the invention, the limiting device for judging the state of the parking space is arranged on the parking space with the charging device, the state of a charging pile is acquired, the parking lot with the charging device is managed, and a vehicle charging demander can accurately know the state of the charging device, so that the problem caused by the occupation on the parking space with the charging device is avoided, and the service efficiency of the charging device of the parking lot can be improved.
