The invention discloses an urban sewage treatment device based on a community unit differentiation treatment technology. The device comprises a planting layer and a deep soil layer; a precipitation cavity, a filtering cavity and a disinfection cavity are embedded in the deep soil layer; the top end of the precipitation cavity is communicated with a water collecting pipe; the water collecting pipeis connected with drain pipes of all residents in the community in a penetrating manner; and one end of the precipitation cavity is connected with a coarse filtering box through a first water pipe ina penetrating mode, the coarse filtering box is connected with the filtering cavity through a second water pipe in a penetrating mode, a first water pump is installed on the second water pipe, the disinfection cavity is connected with an irrigation assembly through a third water pipe in a penetrating mode, a second water pump is installed on the third water pipe, and the irrigation assembly is embedded in the planting layer. According to the invention, the domestic sewage in the community can be directly purified, and the purified water is used for irrigating green vegetation in the community,so that the secondary utilization of the domestic water is realized, the problem of greatly reducing the treatment cost of the domestic sewage is solved, and the utilization rate of water resources can be further improved.
