Production method of superfine steel slag powder
The invention discloses a production method of superfine steel slag powder. The method comprises the following steps: allowing steel slag fine powder with a specific surface area of 400-600 m<2>/kg toenter a primary sorter at first to sort out a qualified product with a specific surface area of 700 m<2>/kg or above; and allowing residual coarse powder to enter a ball mill for grinding. With the production process, the activity of the steel slag powder with the specific surface area of 700 m<2>/kg or above is close to or achieves the level of S95-grade slag powder. The steel slag powder with the specific surface area of 700 m<2>/kg or above can be compounded with S95-grade mineral powder according to a ratio of 1: 1 to produce modified mineral powder exceeding the S95 grade.
本发明公开了一种超细钢渣粉的生产方法,将比表面积在400‑600m2/kg之间的钢渣细粉,先进入第一分级机分选出比表面积为700 m2/kg以上的合格产品,剩余粗粉再进入球磨机粉磨,本发明采用上述生产工艺,该比表下的钢渣粉活性接近或达到S95级矿渣粉的水平。用此比表面积下的钢渣粉可以与S95级矿粉进行1:1复合,生产超过S95级的改性矿粉。
