Modified polyphenyl granule lightweight concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses modified polyphenyl granule lightweight concrete and a preparation method thereof. The modified polyphenyl granule lightweight concrete has good physical and chemical properties. The lightweight concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 450 to 500 parts of cement, 450 to 500 parts of coal cinder, 300 to 350 parts of coal ash, 5 to 8 parts of redispersible latex powder, 2 to 5 parts of polypropylene fiber, 3 to 5 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 2 to 4 parts of FND superplasticizer, 2 to 4 parts of defoaming agent, 20 to 30 parts of polyphenyl granules and 380 to 430 parts of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (10) adding the water, the redispersible latex powder, the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, the FND superplasticizer and the defoamer, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture A, (20) adding cement and fly ash into A, and stirring for 5-8 minutes to obtain a mixture B, and (30) adding the modified polyphenyl granules, polypropylene fibers and coal cinder into B, and stirring to obtain the modified polyphenyl granule lightweight concrete.
