The invention discloses a luminous ceramic tile and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: spraying a first layer of viscous substance on the surface of aceramic tile base material; applying luminous glaze to the surface of the first layer of viscous substance to form a luminous glaze layer with the thickness of 1.5-5 mm; spraying a second layer of viscous substance on the surface of the luminous glaze layer; and firing at 730-910 DEG C for 60-70 min, and carrying out edge grinding and polishing operation on the luminous ceramic tile to obtain theluminous ceramic tile. According to the invention, the ceramic tile is prepared on the sintered ceramic tile base material, the first layer of viscous substance is sprayed, and the luminous glaze forms the luminous glaze layer through the viscous substance, so that the luminous glaze is attached to the ceramic tile base material, the purpose of directly applying the luminous glaze to the ceramic tile base material is achieved, and the problems that in an original silk-screen printing process, the luminous layer is too thin and the luminous brightness is limited due to the fact that the thickness of the luminous glaze is too low are solved.
本发明公开了一种发光陶瓷砖及其制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:在陶瓷砖基材的表面喷涂第一层粘性物质;将发光釉料布施在第一层粘性物质的表面,形成发光釉料层,所述发光釉料层的厚度为1.5~5mm;在发光釉料层的表面喷涂第二层粘性物质;烧成,烧成温度为730~910℃,烧成周期为60~70min,经过磨边和抛光操作后,得到发光陶瓷砖。本发明通过在已烧结的陶瓷砖基材上,喷涂第一层粘性物质,发光釉料通过粘性物质形成发光釉料层,使发光釉料附着在陶瓷砖基材上,达到将发光釉料直接布施于陶瓷砖基材上的目的,克服了原有的丝网印刷工艺中,发光釉料厚度过低导致发光层太薄,发光亮度受限制的问题。
