Preparation process of luminous ceramic tile and luminous ceramic tile thereof
The invention discloses a preparation process of a luminescent ceramic tile and the luminescent ceramic tile. The preparation process comprises the following specific steps: S1) preparing luminescent powder; S2) preparing sodium silicate sol; S3) adding the luminescent powder into the sol while stirring, further performing stirring uniformly, and performing drying to obtain luminescent powder sol particles; S4) preparing a glaze material: uniformly mixing the glaze and the luminescent powder sol particles in proportion, and then applying the mixture on the surface of a ceramic tile green body to obtain a luminescent green body layer; S5) applying glaze powder on the surface of the luminous green body layer, and putting the luminous green body layer into a press for compression molding to obtain a green body; S6) putting the polished green body into a kiln for firing, preserving heat, and then cooling along with the furnace to obtain the luminous ceramic tile. And the particle size D50 of the luminescent powder sol particles is 5-8.5 microns. The invention further provides the luminous ceramic tile prepared by the preparation process of the luminous ceramic tile, and the prepared luminous ceramic tile is good in luminous intensity and long in afterglow time.
本发明公开了一种发光陶瓷砖的制备工艺及其发光陶瓷砖,包括以下具体步骤:S1)制得发光粉;S2)制得硅酸钠溶胶;S3)在搅拌中将所述发光粉加入所述溶胶中,再继续搅拌均匀后干燥,制得发光粉溶胶颗粒;S4)制得釉料;将所述釉料与所述发光粉溶胶颗粒按比例混合均匀,然后布施在陶瓷砖坯体的表面,得到发光坯体层;S5)在所述发光坯体层的表面布施釉粉,放入压机压制成型,得到生坯;S6)将经抛坯处理的所述生坯放入窑炉烧制,保温,然后随炉冷却,即制得所述发光陶瓷砖;所述发光粉溶胶颗粒的粒径D50为5‑8.5微米。本发明还提出了采用所述发光陶瓷砖的制备工艺的发光陶瓷砖,制得的所述发光陶瓷砖发光强度好并且余辉时间长。
