The invention discloses a suspension type monorail track beam mounting operation platform and an assembling method thereof. The technical problems that in suspension type track traffic engineering inthe prior art, the track beam mounting efficiency is low, and the mounting precision is unstable are solved. The suspension type monorail track beam mounting operation platform comprises bearing mechanisms and gangplanks, the two bearing mechanisms are distributed on a track beam at intervals, the gangplanks are erected at the same ends of the two bearing mechanisms, and the two sides of the trackbeam are provided with gangplanks respectively. The assembling method mainly comprises the steps that angle steel is adopted for welding the bearing mechanism; during welding, the frame is welded firstly, and then a connecting mechanism and a frame are welded; the welded bearing mechanism is hoisted to a track beam, and the bearing mechanism is fixed with the track beam by adopting a threaded buckle; the gangplanks are erected on the two frames located on the same side of the track beam; steel wire ropes are arranged on the two frames located on the same side of the track beam in a pulling mode to form the safety guardrail. The platform is simple in structure, scientific and reasonable in design, convenient to use and capable of effectively improving the mounting efficiency and mounting precision of the track beam in suspension type track traffic engineering.
本发明公开了一种悬挂式单轨轨道梁安装操作平台及其组装方法,解决现有技术悬挂式轨道交通工程中轨道梁安装效率低、安装精度不稳定的技术问题。本发明包括承重机构和跳板,两个承重机构间隔分布于轨道梁上,跳板搭设于两个承重机构的同一端,轨道梁两侧各分布有一块跳板。组装方法主要为采用角钢焊接承重机构,焊接时,先焊接框架,再将连接机构与框架相焊接;将焊接好的承重机构吊装至轨道梁上,并采用螺纹卡扣将承重机构与轨道梁相固定;将跳板搭设至位于轨道梁同侧的两个框架上;在位于轨道梁同侧的两个框架上拉设钢丝绳以形成安全护栏。本发明结构简单、设计科学合理,使用方便,可有效提高悬挂式轨道交通工程中轨道梁的安装效率及安装精度。
