The system comprises pier columns, high bent caps, a box girder and a gantry crane,gantry crane foundations allowing gantry cranes to run thereon are arranged on the ground on the outer sides of pier columns on the two side edges of a road in the longitudinal direction of the road.Or the outer side portions of the high bent caps on the two side edges of the road extend outwards by 1.1-1.7 m to form extending portions, the gantry crane runs on the gantry crane foundations, the prefabricated platforms are arranged at the upper ends of every two longitudinally-adjacent high bent caps between the gantry crane foundations, and the steel pipe supporting columns are arranged at the lower ends of the prefabricated platforms at intervals. According to the invention, on-site prefabrication and installation of the beam plate are carried out on site by utilizing the on-site terrainand the existing structural form of the pier column. According to the invention, the on-site terrain and the existing structural form of the pier column can be fully utilized, and the beam plate is prefabricated and installed on site, so that the cost is reduced, the cost is saved and the construction safety risk is reduced.
