The invention provides a box culvert walking type inner mold, a construction device and a construction method. The inner mold comprises an inner mold body, a supporting frame, a walking device, a jacking and a lifting device. The supporting frame is located in a cavity formed by the inner mold body and used for supporting the inner mold body. The bottom of the supporting frame is connected with the walking device, and the relative distance between the jacking and the lifting device and the relative distance between the jacking and the supporting frame are adjustable. According to the walking type internal mold, the construction device and the construction method, the construction condition can be effectively improved, the safety risk is reduced, the construction progress is accelerated, the solid quality is improved, and the construction cost is saved.
