The invention discloses a pavement coal cleaning and collecting device comprises a machine body. A a gathering cavity with a rightward opening is formed in the machine body; a stacking cavity with a rightward opening is formed in the left end wall of the gathering cavity; a gathering plate is fixed to the front side of an opening of the accumulation cavity. A bucket is fixed to the lower side of an opening of the accumulation cavity. A transfer cavity with a backward opening is formed in the front side of the accumulation cavity. According to the invention, coal sprinkled on the road surface can be rapidly cleaned; water mist is sprayed to the ground while cleaning is conducted, raised dust and environmental pollution are prevented from being generated in the coal cleaning process, cleanedcoal can be crushed and collected and recycled, and resource waste is reduced; meanwhile, the automatic cleaning operation efficiency is high, and the influence on passing vehicles can be reduced tothe minimum.
