Integrated rapid-loading method pile foundation detection device and detection method thereof
The invention discloses an integrated rapid-loading method pile foundation detection device and a detection method thereof. The detection device comprises an integrated guide device, a lifting-releasing device and a signal detection system; and the lifting-releasing device and the integrated guide device are assembled into a whole and can enter the field in an integrated mode. An integrated steelframe is provided with a supporting beam, a guide rod, a detection system reserved position and a balance foundation nut. The lifting-releasing device comprises a power device and a bearing platform;and the signal detection system is assembled to the detection system reserved position on a detection site and used for detecting a force time-interval curve, a displacement time-interval curve and anacceleration time-interval curve when the load is transmitted to a pile foundation end piece to be detected through a buffer device under release of the lifting-releasing device. Therefore, the integrated rapid-loading method pile foundation detection device can conduct the pile foundation rapid-loading method detection under the condition that the flatness of the detection site is poor, the requirement of pile foundation detection for the detection site is lowered, and the universality of rapid-loading method pile foundation application is improved.
本发明公开了一种一体式速载法桩基检测装置及其检测方法。检测装置包括一体式导向装置、提升‑释放装置以及信号检测系统;提升‑释放装置与一体式导向装置装配成一体而能以整体形制进场,一体式钢架具有支撑梁、导向杆、检测系统预留位以及平衡地脚螺母;提升‑释放装置包括动力装置以及承载平台;信号检测系统在检测现场组装至检测系统预留位,用于检测载重在提升‑释放装置释放下,通过缓冲装置传递至待检桩基庄头的力时程曲线、位移时程曲线与加速度时程曲线。由此可知,本发明可在检测场地平整度较差的条件下进行桩基速载法检测,降低了桩基检测对检测场地要求,提高了速载法桩基应用的广泛性。
