The invention discloses a split type rapid loading method pile foundation detection device and method. The detection device comprises an equipment bracket, a guide device, a lifting-releasing device,a design detection balance weight and a signal detection system, wherein the guide device comprises a guide rod; the lifting-releasing device comprises a lifting device and a releasing device; the lifting device is mounted on the equipment bracket and is connected with the lifting-releasing device through a hinge; the lifting-releasing device comprises a bearing platform, a releasing bolt pin anda releasing groove formed in the radial direction of the bearing platform; the bearing platform is sleeved with the guide rod through the groove bottom of the release groove; the release bolt pin canbe loaded/unloaded between notches of the release groove; and the design detection balance weight is arranged on the periphery of the guide rod in a sleeving manner and is arranged opposite to the release groove. According to the split type rapid loading method pile foundation detection device and method, the defects that a static load method is long in test time, high in cost and low in efficiency and a high strain method is difficult in data interpretation and large in human factors are overcome. The split type rapid loading method pile foundation detection device and method are suitable forvarious pile types of foundation piles, inclined piles, pile groups and overwater operation.
