The invention provides a dirt preventing and removing device special for a wash basin. The device includes a base frame; a faucet is mounted on the base frame; a lifting table driven by a first air cylinder to ascend and descend is installed on the upper portion of the base frame; a wash basin body is installed on the upper side of the lifting table; a sliding table driven by a second air cylinderto move in the horizontal direction is further installed on the upper portion of the base frame; a rotating shaft driven by a motor is rotatably connected to the lower side of the sliding table; an arch-shaped plate is connected to the lower end of the rotating shaft; and a plurality of bristles are connected to the arch-shaped plate. When the wash basin body needs to be cleaned, the first air cylinder is started firstly to drive the lifting platform to descend; then the second air cylinder is started to drive the sliding platform to reach the position over the lifting platform, and the firstair cylinder is started again to drive the lifting platform to ascend to enable the arc-shaped plate to enter the wash basin body; finally, the motor is started to drive the arc-shaped plate to rotate to enable the bristles to brush the inner side of the wash basin body, such that the purpose of washing the wash basin body is achieved, labor intensity is low, and the washing efficiency is high.
