Liquid level control device, vacuum pumping and discharging system using same, and pumping and discharging method
The invention relates to a pipeline system for fluid delivery, and discloses a liquid level control device, a vacuum pumping and discharging system using the same and a pumping and discharging method.The liquid level control device comprises a vacuum pumping-suction pipe, an execution valve and a control valve, wherein an inlet of the vacuum pumping-suction pipe is inserted into the bottom of liquid in a liquid storage container; the execution valve is arranged on the vacuum pumping-suction pipe; the lower end of the control valve is inserted into the liquid storage container; when the liquidlevel of the liquid storage container is at a high position, the control valve enables an execution valve leather cup in the execution valve to be opened by introducing negative pressure so as to pump liquid, and when the liquid level is at a low position, the control valve enables atmosphere to be introduced into the execution valve leather cup in the execution valve so as to close the valve; and therefore, the liquid level is controlled for the vacuum pumping and discharging system. According to the liquid level control device, the vacuum pumping and discharging system using the same and the pumping and discharging method, parts which are in direct contact with solid-containing liquid or possibly splashed are not provided with any movable components, and cannot be stuck by fine particles to fail; and all automatic valves do not need electricity or instrument air, and are safer and more reliable than electric instruments and cheaper than pneumatic instruments.
