Quick installation self-locking joint applied to modular steel structure building
The invention discloses a quick installation self-locking joint applied to a modular steel structure building. The quick installation self-locking joint is used for connecting an upper module with a lower module; each of the upper module and the lower module comprises four module units; each module unit is composed of four frame columns and eight frame beams; connecting parts are welded at the upper ends of the frame columns in the lower module; each connecting part comprises a short steel pipe welded at the upper end of the corresponding frame column; two steel sheets are fixed in each shortsteel pipe; a clamping block capable of sliding up and down is arranged between the every two steel sheets; the bottom of each clamping block is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the corresponding short steel pipe through two springs; a fan-shaped bulge is arranged at the top of each clamping block; rectangular holes for allowing the fan-shaped bulges to penetrate out are formed in the short steel pipes; and rectangular holes are also formed in the lower ends of the frame columns in the upper module, first base plates are arranged between the four frame columns in the middle of the upper module and the four frame columns in the middle of the lower module, and second base plates are arranged between the other adjacent upper and lower frame columns. The quick installation self-lockingjoint can achieve the self-locking function, and extra connecting operation is not needed.
