Manufacturing method of light building partition wallboard manufactured through panel
The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a light building partition wallboard manufactured through a panel, and relates to the light high-strength panel and a light building wall applying thesame. The panel comprises a panel body (1) made of light building materials, and further comprises a steel reinforcement framework (2) and an anti-cracking net (3) which are located in the panel body(1), the anti-cracking net (3) is laid on the steel reinforcement framework (2), the panel body (1) completely wraps the steel reinforcement framework (2) and the anti-cracking net (3), or the edgesof the steel reinforcement framework (2) are exposed out of the panel body (1). The panel structure can be welded and installed with a wall metal frame through the steel reinforcement framework, is high in structural strength and is firmly connected, thus cracking after moisture absorbing is effectively prevented, a fixing tool does not need to be additionally arranged during filling of the lightbuilding materials, the manufacturing cost is reduced, a construction process is simple, and the construction period is short.
本发明为一种利用面板制造的轻质建筑间隔墙板的制造方法,涉及一种轻质高强度的面板及其应用的轻质建筑墙体,面板包括轻质建筑材料形成的板体(1)和位于板体(1)内的钢筋骨架(2)和防裂网(3),防裂网(3)铺设在钢筋骨架(2)上,板体(1)将钢筋骨架(2)和防裂网(3)全包裹在内或者钢筋骨架(2)的边缘裸露在板体(1)外。该面板结构可以通过钢筋骨架与墙体金属框架焊接安装,结构强度大,连接牢固,有效防止吸收水分后开裂,无需在填充轻质建筑材料时增加固定工具,减少制造成本,施工工艺简单,施工周期短。
