The invention discloses a floor heat preservation and sound insulation structure applying microcrystalline heat preservation self-leveling mortar. The structure comprises floor main bodies. Eight reinforcing steel bars are symmetrically arranged inside each of the floor main bodies; sixteen connecting sleeves are symmetrically arranged at the positions, located on the eight reinforcing steel bars,inside each of the floor main bodies; two connecting rods are symmetrically arranged at the positions, located at the outer ends of the connecting sleeves, inside each of the floor main bodies; and an adjusting lead screw is arranged in each of the two connecting rods.
