The translation method comprises the steps that A1, the step pitch X of each time of jacking and the total displacement Y of target jacking are set; A2, jacking points move by the step X; A3, whether the displacement of the jacking points reaches the total displacement Y or not is judged, the jacking points with the displacement being larger than or equal to the total displacement Y stop jacking, and the jacking points with the displacement being smaller than the total displacement Y continue to execute step A2; and A4, after all the jacking points reach the total displacement Y, whether the total displacement Y reaches a preset lifting height or not is judged, if the total displacement Y is larger than or equal to the preset lifting height, all the jacking points stop jacking, if the total displacement Y is smaller than the preset lifting height, the step pitch X is added to the original total displacement Y to form anew total displacement Y, and all the jacking points return to execute step A2. According to the translation method, the number of action times of an electromagnetic valve is greatly decreased, so that damage to the electromagnetic valve is reduced, the step pitch is adopted for jacking, and the precision is ensured.
