Construction method of steel plate silo
The invention provides a construction method of a steel plate silo. The construction method comprises the steps that a supporting bottom disc is installed on a foundation plane of the steel plate silo; operation frames are installed on the supporting bottom disc one by one, and the operation frames are sequentially connected to form an annular operation frame system; operation guide wheels are installed on vertical rods of all the operation frames correspondingly, and the heights of the operation guide wheels are increased progressively in sequence; a meshing unit and the operation guide wheels are used for constructing a cylinder body; the silo top is constructed on a cylinder body; the cylinder body is rolled, and reinforcing ribs are installed on the inner side of the cylinder body; andthe cylinder body is arranged on the ground. According to the construction method of the steel plate silo, spiral mechanical construction is adopted to form the spiral seam type steel plate silo, theconstruction period can be shortened, the construction efficiency can be improved, the structural strength and rigidity of the steel plate silo can be improved, and the airtight performance of the steel plate silo is improved.
本申请提供一种钢板筒仓的施工方法,包括:在钢板筒仓的基础平面上安装支承底盘;在所述支承底盘上逐一安装运行架,所述运行架依次连接形成环形的运行架体系;在各个运行架的立杆上分别安装运行导轮,所述运行导轮的高度依次递增;利用咬合机组和所述运行导轮进行筒体施工;在所述筒体上进行仓顶施工;卷制筒体并在所述筒体的内侧安装加强筋;以及筒体落地生根。在本申请提供的钢板筒仓的施工方法中,采用螺旋式机械施工,形成螺旋咬口式钢板筒仓,不但能够加快工期,提高施工效率,而且能够提高钢板筒仓的结构强度和刚度,改善钢板筒仓的气密性能。
