The invention relates to the technical field of electric suction closing doors and discloses a buffer closing device of an electric suction door. A supporting frame makes contact with a rotating rod,the contact positions of the supporting frame and the rotating rod are meshed, an arc-shaped rack can move along with an automobile door, the rotating rod is driven to rotate through the meshing effect between the arc-shaped rack and a gear, a buffer spring is fixedly installed at one end of the gear, and a rotating balancing weight is fixedly installed at one end of the buffer spring. The bufferspring has obvious hysteresis quality in a transmission mode of rotating in the tangential direction, and when the gear rotates, the buffer spring can be elastically deformed; and meanwhile, the elastic force of the buffer spring can act on the rotating balancing weight so as to drive the rotating balancing weight to rotate in a sleeve, and as the mass of the rotating balancing weight is larger than the sum of the mass of the gear and the mass of the rotating rod, rotation of the rotating balancing weight can consume the rotating energy of the rotating rod and the rotating energy of the gear,and the closing speed of the automobile door is reduced.
本发明涉及电吸闭合门技术领域,且公开了一种电吸门的缓冲闭合装置,通过支撑架与转动杆相互接触且接触位置相互啮合,弧形齿条会随着车门进行移动,并且通过弧形齿条与齿轮之间的啮合效果从而带动转动杆进行转动,并通过齿轮的一端固定安装有缓冲弹簧,缓冲弹簧的一端固定安装有转动配重块。由于缓冲弹簧在对切线方向上转动的传动方式中具有明显的滞后性,使得齿轮在转动的同时会使缓冲弹簧发生弹性形变,同时缓冲弹簧的弹力会作用在转动配重块上从而带动转动配重块在套筒的内部进行旋转,由于转动配重块的质量大于齿轮和转动杆的质量之和,使得转动配重块的转动会消耗转动杆与齿轮自身的转动能量,从而降低车门闭合的速度。
