The invention discloses a door closing impact buffer. The door closing impact buffer is arranged at the edge of a door plate, and comprises a base plate, a rotary telescopic seat, a rotary telescopicrod and a constraint telescopic rod, wherein a main body of the rotary telescopic seat is a rectangular block; a telescopic hole is formed in the rectangular block; the diameter of the telescopic holeis matched with the outer diameter of the rotary telescopic rod; the rotary telescopic rod can move in the telescopic hole; a spring is arranged in the telescopic hole, and the rotary telescopic rodis kept in an extending-out state in the initial state; rotating shafts are arranged at two sides of the rotary telescopic seat; the rotating shafts are matched with rotary telescopic seat rotating holes formed in the base plate; reset springs are arranged between the rotating shafts and the rotary telescopic seat rotating holes, so that the rotary telescopic seat is kept in a horizontal positionin the initial state; a main body of the rotary telescopic rod is cylindrical; the constraint telescopic rod is a plane symmetric assembly and is symmetrically provided with two cylindrical rods; thetwo cylindrical rods are connected through a rectangular plate, and a position limiting plate is arranged in the middle of the rectangular plate. The door closing impact buffer solves the problem thatthe final speed of a door body in the moving process cannot be restrained by an existing door body fixer.
