The drip irrigation assembly comprises a bottom frame, a supporting frame, a water tank and a distribution pipe; and the rain and fog collection assembly comprises a supporting beam, a water collection hopper, a condensation plate, a hydraulic cylinder and a rain collection disc. When the air temperature drops at night, the condensationplate captures moisture in air; when it rains, rainwater flows through the water collection hopper along the inclined plane of the condensation plate to enter the water tank to be collected; the raincollection disc collects the remaining rainwater, and the rainwater enters the water tank to be collected; the double design of water mist capture and rainwater collection relieves the water supply difficulty of drip irrigation in mountainous rock arid regions; due to the design that the condensation plate can be folded and unfolded, while normal growth of crops is not affected, rainwater collection is facilitated; and due to the design of water tank storage, water can be continuously supplied to drip irrigation, the growth vigor of the crops is good, drip irrigation in the mountainous rock arid regions is more convenient, and the water-saving effect of drip irrigation is better.
