A metal condensation mesh is arranged between the cold ends of two adjacent semiconductors, so that the contact area with air is increased; meanwhile, the metal condensation mesh is in contact with the cold end of the semiconductor, so that the temperature of the metal condensation mesh can be reduced, water vapor can form condensed water, and the efficiency of condensing water is improved; the plurality of water collecting units are arranged, so that the water collecting efficiency is improved.
