The invention provides a threaded sleeve production line and a threaded sleeve machining method. The production line comprise a feeding station and a discharging station, and is characterized in thatfrom the feeding station to the discharging station, the threaded sleeve production line sequentially comprises an end face hole first machining mechanism, a circumferential surface hole machining mechanism and an end face hole second machining mechanism, wherein the end face hole first machining mechanism is structured to carry out drilling on a first end face of a threaded sleeve to form an endface hole of a first length, the circumferential surface hole machining mechanism is structured to drill the circumferential surface of a sleeve body of the threaded sleeve to form a circumferential surface hole, the end face hole second machining mechanism is structured to drill the end face hole of the first length to form an end face hole of a second length, and the second length is larger thanthe first length.
