The guy rope fixing device is suitable for an excavating machinery and comprises a support mechanism, a connecting shaft, a first connecting mechanism,a second connecting mechanism and a plurality of guy ropes; the support mechanism is used for being arranged on a vehicle body of the excavating machine; the connecting shaft is arranged on the support mechanism and is rotationally connected with the support mechanism; the first connecting mechanism is arranged on the connecting shaft and is rotationally connected with the connecting shaft; the second connecting mechanism is used for being arranged on a cargo boom of the excavating machinery and is rotationally connected with the cargo boom; the plurality of guy ropes are suitable for being connected with the first connecting mechanism and the second connecting mechanism. According to the guy rope fixing device, by arranging the connecting shaft, the first connecting mechanism and the second connecting mechanism, when the cargo boom of the excavating machinery is subjected to large instantaneous impact load, all the components rotationally connected with the guy rope fixing device canrotate to enable the plurality of guy ropes to be kept in a stressed state, it is guaranteed that the plurality of guy ropes are stressed more evenly, and the reliability and the safety of the guy rope fixing device are improved.
