The invention discloses a safety rope fixing device which comprises first channel steel and second channel steel, the first channel steel and the second channel steel are each of a U-shaped structure formed by vertically connecting two opposite side plates and a connecting plate, and the end of the first channel steel is vertically welded to the end of the outer wall of the connecting plate of the second channel steel. First round steel is vertically connected between two side plates of the free end of the first steel channel, second round steel is vertically connected between two side plates of the free end of the second steel channel, third round steel is arranged at the welding position of the end of the second steel channel, and the first round steel, the second round steel and the third round steel are parallel to one another. And a plurality of through holes allowing expansion bolts to penetrate through are formed in the connecting plates of the first channel steel and the second channel steel. The safety rope fixing device is mainly applied to safety rope fixing of a crank arm vehicle or a lifting platform vehicle in the outer wall construction process, and the safety protection effect is achieved.
