The invention discloses a landfill leachate treatment method which comprises the following steps that S1, landfill leachate is pumped into a cement decomposition kiln in a cement production line through a plunger pump, the temperature in the cement decomposition kiln is 950-1050 DEG C, water in the landfill leachate is vaporized, harmful organic matter is combusted to generate water vapor and carbon dioxide gas, so that heavy metals and inorganic salts in the landfill leachate enter a rotary kiln together with cement raw material in the cement decomposition kiln. Compared with the prior art, the method has the technical effects that the landfill leachate is pumped into the cement decomposion kiln and instantly gasified at the high temperature of about 1000 DEG C in the decomposion furnace,harmful organic matter is rapidly decomposed and combusted, and heavy metal, inorganic salt and the like enter the rotary kiln along with cement raw materials to be stably solidified by molten cementclinker; and the landfill leachate is subjected to harmless treatment.
一种垃圾渗滤液的处理方法,包括如下步骤:S1、将垃圾渗滤液被柱塞泵泵入水泥生产线中的水泥分解窑内,水泥分解炉内的温度为950‑1050℃,垃圾渗滤液内的水被汽化,有害有机质燃烧生成水蒸汽、二氧化碳气体,垃圾渗滤液内的重金属及无机盐随水泥分解窑内的水泥生料一起进入回转窑中。相对于现有技术,本发明的技术效果为,本发明将垃圾渗滤液泵入水泥分解炉内,在分解炉1000℃左右的高温下瞬间气化、有害有机质被迅速分解燃烧,而重金属及无机盐等则随水泥生料进入回转窑中被熔融的水泥熟料稳定固化,垃圾渗滤液被无害化处理。
