The invention discloses a calcination dehydration method of phosphogypsum, which comprises the steps of by using wet phosphogypsum slag as a raw material, carrying out calcination dehydration by usinga suspension preheating decomposition technique to obtain a calcined gypsum powder product using hemihydrate gypsum and dihydrate gypsum as main components, and specifically comprises the steps of (1) removing foreign matters and coarse grains from the wet phosphogypsum slag, and drying and crushing by adopting a drying crusher to obtain dry phosphogypsum powder; (2) preheating the dry phosphogypsum powder by adopting a two-stage series suspension preheater, enabling the preheated dry phosphogypsum powder to enter a suspension dehydration furnace to remove crystal water, and burning out partof harmful impurities at a high temperature; and (3) feeding the calcined gypsum powder discharged from the suspension dehydration furnace into a two-stage series suspension cooler to be cooled. The process is advanced, green and energy-saving; the single-line production scale can be greatly improved; and the automation degree is high, and intelligent operation can be achieved.
本发明公开了一种磷石膏的煅烧脱水方法,以湿磷石膏渣为原料,采用悬浮预热分解技术煅烧脱水,获得以半水石膏和二水石膏为主要成分的烧石膏粉产品,具体如下:(1)湿磷石膏渣除去异物和粗粒后,采用烘干破碎机进行烘干破碎获得干磷石膏粉;(2)采用二级串联悬浮预热器预热干磷石膏粉,预热后的干磷石膏粉进入悬浮脱水炉脱去结晶水并在高温下烧除部分有害杂质;(3)出悬浮脱水炉的烧石膏粉进入二级串联悬浮冷却器冷却。本发明工艺先进,绿色节能;可以大幅提高单线生产规模;自动化程度高,可实现智能化运行。
