The invention provides an ardealite production method. The ardealite production method comprises the following steps: drying ardealite raw stock until the water content is lower than 5%; producing the unfired ceramsite according to a preset production formula; mixing and stirring the ardealite raw stock and the unfired ceramsite according to a preset formula ratio to obtain a mixed solution; and injecting the mixed solution into a mold, and carrying out extrusion molding to obtain a phosphogypsum finished product. According to the ardealite production method, the ardealite primary pulp is dried until the water content is lower than 5% so as to reduce the water content of the ardealite primary pulp, and then the unfired ceramsite is produced according to the preset production formula; then the ardealite raw stock and the unfired ceramsite are blended and stirred according to a preset formula ratio to obtain a mixed solution; and finally, the mixed solution is injected into a mold, and extrusion molding is carreid out to obtain a finished ardealite product; by adding the unfired ceramsite, the hardness of the ardealite is increased, so that the use requirement is met, the whole processing process does not need calcination, and the production process is energy-saving and environment-friendly.
