The invention relates to steel slag and slag graphite composite conductive concrete and a preparation method thereof. The concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in proportion: 228-380kg/m<3> of cement, 25.3-101.3 kg/m<3> of slag, 25.3-101.3 kg/m<3> of steel slag, 7.6-45.6 kg/m<3> of graphite, 747kg/m<3> of sand, 1100kg/m<3> of stones, 190kg/m<3> of water and 34.2kg/m<3> of a water reducer. According to the invention, steel slag, mineral slag and other wastes generated after steelmaking in the steel industry are used for preparing the concrete material, so that the compression strength and breaking strength of the concrete are improved, the production cost of the building block is reduced, the environmental pollution is reduced and good social and economic benefits are achieved, meanwhile, the graphite material with excellent conductivity is added into the concrete, so that the resistivity of the concrete is reduced, the conductivity of the concrete is improved, and the conductive concrete with excellent performance is prepared.
