Anorthite lightweight refractory material prepared from wastes and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a anorthite lightweight refractory material prepared from wastes and a preparation method thereof. The anorthite lightweight refractory material is prepared from 38-45wt% of coal gangue, 3-5wt% of pyrophyllite, 5-15 wt% of anorthite brick wastes, 12-16wt% of refractory clay, 15-20wt% of calcium carbonate, 3-6wt% of cement, 4-8wt% of a coagulant, 1-5wt% of zirconium-containing fibers and 1-5wt% of a foaming agent. The anorthite brick wastes are leftover materials left in the cutting process and/or products with unqualified appearances. The anorthite refractory brick is prepared by taking the waste anorthite brick as a raw material, so that on the one hand, the raw material cost is reduced, and on the other hand, the problem of waste treatment is solved. Moreover, theprepared anorthite refractory brick not only has a uniform pore size distribution structure, but also has relatively good compressive strength and excellent heat-conducting property.
本发明提供了一种废料制备的钙长石轻质耐火材料及其制备方法,由以下原料制备得到:38~45wt%的煤矸石、3~5wt%的叶腊石、5~15wt%钙长石砖废料、12~16wt%的耐火粘土、15~20wt%的碳酸钙、3~6wt%的水泥、4~8wt%的促凝剂、1~5wt%的含锆纤维、1~5wt%的发泡剂;所述钙长石砖废料为切割工序剩余的边角料和/或外观不合格的产品。本发明通过将废弃的钙长石砖作为原料制备钙长石耐火砖,一方面降低了原料成本,同时还解决了废料处理问题。并且,制备得到的钙长石耐火砖不仅具有均匀的孔径分布结构,同时具有较好的耐压强度以及优异的导热性能。
