Difficult-to-crack anorthite lightweight refractory material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a preparation method of a difficult-to-crack anorthite lightweight refractory material. According to the preparation method of the invention, a water absorption device is cushioned on an aluminum alloy plate (cushion plate) of the lower mold of a pouring mold, so that moisture in slurry can seep out of a paperboard, the overflowing speed of the moisture at the bottom is reduced, the effect of reducing cracks of a dry blank is achieved; and the cracks are reduced by 80% compared with the cracks of a dried pouring blank obtained at the absence of the water absorption device; an organic-inorganic combined resin water-absorbing coating with the thickness of 1-2 mm can be sprayed on the water absorption device; the coating can be dried in the subsequent drying process after absorbing water, and the coating cannot be adhered to anorthite brick blanks after being dried, so that the coating can be recycled. The invention also provides a difficult-to-crack anorthite lightweight refractory material.
本发明提供了一种不易出现裂纹的钙长石轻质耐火材料的制备方法,本发明通过在浇注模具的下模具的铝合金板(垫板)上垫吸水器件,可以保证泥浆中的水分能够通过纸板渗出,减缓底部水分溢出的速度,进而达到减少干坯裂纹的效果,较不垫吸水器件的得到浇注坯体烘干后裂纹少80%。其中,可以在吸水器件上喷涂1~2mm厚度的有机‑无机结合树脂类吸水涂料,涂料吸水后,在后续的干燥过程中可以被干燥,且干燥后不会与钙长石砖砖坯产生粘连,可重复利用。本发明还提供了一种不易出现裂纹的钙长石轻质耐火材料。

The invention provides a preparation method of a difficult-to-crack anorthite lightweight refractory material.
