The invention relates to the technical field of rail rust removal, and particularly relates to rail rust removal equipment which can improve corrosion resistance of a rail after rust removal. The equipment comprises an electroplating bridging mechanism, an ash removing and liquid spraying mechanism, a side surface clamping mechanism, a side surface polishing and rust removing mechanism, a distanceadjusting mechanism and an auxiliary moving mechanism. Polishing and rust removing are performed on the surfaces of two rails through two polishing wheels and four side surface grinding wheels, and then an electroplating liquid in an electroplating liquid storage box is sprayed to the surfaces of the rails through liquid nozzles; and then a power supply storage battery is connected with two rotating supporting legs through two loop power lines so that a current passes through the two rotating supporting legs, the two rail walking wheels and the rail between the two rail walking wheels, thereare the rail through which the current passes and the electroplating liquid on the rail, the electroplating liquid is used for electroplating the surface of the rail, and a coating is formed on the surface of the rail so that the corrosion resistance of the rail can be enhanced.
