The invention discloses a construction method for pavement crack treatment. The method comprises the following steps: (1), grooving an asphalt layer along a crack direction to form a first tank body;(2), sealing the crack in a mud jacking area; (3), performing drilling along the crack direction to form a grouting hole, and performing grouting into the crack through the grouting hole; (4), spreading transparent oil to the bottom of the first tank body; (5), laying steel-plastic grids, and spraying seal coat oil to the steel-plastic grids; (6), adhering waterstops to the two sides of the firsttank body; and (7), supplementing an asphalt mixture into the first tank body, and then paving a glass fiber grid on the top surface. The pavement crack treatment method solves the problem that a pavement crack treatment method in the prior art is complex in construction process operation, so that the construction progress is slow.
