The invention discloses a tunnel pavement longitudinal crack reinforcing treatment construction method which comprises the following steps: firstly, excavating a cable trough of a treatment section, arranging two rows of foot locking anchor pipes at arch feet, then excavating and chiseling off a pavement and concrete, additionally arranging miniature steel pipe piles on a tunnel base, carrying outpressure grouting, and transversely supporting a flat arch by adopting I-shaped steel, the I-shaped steel is longitudinally connected into a whole through the section steel and anchored to the liningstructure, and finally concrete is poured and the cable trough and the road surface are restored. In the tunnel pavement longitudinal crack treatment process, by additionally arranging the miniaturesteel pipe piles and the profile steel frames, surrounding rock deformation caused by large surrounding rock pressure at arch feet and side walls can be resisted, deformation cracking of a tunnel pavement subbase is limited, and therefore the purpose of pavement crack treatment is achieved.
本发明公开了一种隧道路面纵向裂缝加固处治施工方法,首先对处治段落的电缆槽进行开挖,在拱脚处设置两排锁脚锚管,然后对路面及混凝土开挖凿除,在隧道基底增设微型钢管桩并进行压力注浆,采用工字钢对平拱横向支撑,工字钢通过型钢纵向连接成整体并锚固于衬砌结构,最后浇筑混凝土并进行电缆槽和路面的恢复。本发明在隧道路面纵向裂缝处治过程中,通过增设微型钢管桩和型钢框架,可抵抗因拱脚及边墙处围岩压力较大引起的围岩变形,限制隧道路面底基层的变形开裂,从而实现路面裂缝处治的目的。
