The invention relates to an intelligent garage which comprises a garage building and an electric vehicle anti-occupying charging parking space device. The electric vehicle anti-occupying charging device comprises a device base, a floating supporting plate is connected to the device base through a floating spring, and a blocking support with a rotating axis extending in the left-right direction isrotatably assembled on the device base and comprises a blocking arm. In the front-back swinging process of the blocking support, the blocking arm is provided with a blocking position located on the upper side of the floating supporting plate so as to block the front wheel from moving forwards, and a normally-closed electromagnetic switch is further arranged on the device base and comprises a movable iron core and an electromagnetic coil used for being electrically connected with a socket of a corresponding charging parking space through a wire. The movable iron core is provided with a power-off locking position used for being matched with the blocking support in a blocking mode so as to limit the blocking arm to the blocking position, and a power-on unlocking position used for releasing blocking of the blocking support. The invention provides the intelligent garage capable of preventing an electric vehicle which does not need to be charged from occupying a charging parking space.
