The invention provides an intelligent garage interaction method, comprising: receiving a first operation instruction input by a user; acquiring biological recognition information of a user and first vehicle information of a user vehicle according to the first operation instruction; acquiring second vehicle information of the user vehicle, and generating a vehicle conforming instruction under the condition that the second vehicle information conforms to garage preset standard information; associating the biological recognition information with the first vehicle information according to the vehicle coincidence instruction, and respectively sending an automatic door opening instruction and a parking instruction to a garage and a user; determining whether a target object exists in the garage or not, and generating a safe closing instruction under the condition that it is determined that no target object exists in the garage; and sending an automatic door closing instruction to the garage according to the safe closing instruction. The invention further provides an intelligent garage interaction system. The humanized intelligent garage interaction method provided by the invention conforms to the conventional habits of users, is simple and convenient, and reduces the operation cost while realizing unattended operation.
