When the device is collided by a vehicle, a part of impact energy is absorbed by the energy consumption box body, and a part of impact energy is absorbed by the nanofluid energyabsorption block, so that step-by-step energy dissipation is realized, vehicle body damage is reduced, and human body injury is reduced.
