The invention discloses an intelligent submerged bridge anti-ship-collision arresting device. The intelligent submerged bridge anti-ship-collision arresting device is characterized by comprising a monitoring system, a submerged arresting system, an inflating and deflating system and positioning floating bodies arranged at the two ends of the submerged arresting system, wherein an energy consumption system is arranged between the submerged arresting system and the positioning floating bodies; and the inflating and deflating system is used for inflating or deflating the submerged arresting system so that the submerged arresting system can float upwards or sink. The intelligent submerged bridge anti-ship-collision arresting device has the advantages that in the daily state, the submerged arresting system in the device sinks into water or even the water bottom, so that the whole arresting device is good in wind wave resistance stability, the aging speed of the arresting device is decreased, the service life is prolonged, floating objects on the water surface cannot be arrested, the arresting effect is guaranteed, and meanwhile the overall attractiveness of a bridge cannot be affected;and when that a ship drives into a non-navigable area is monitored, the inflating and deflating system is controlled to inflate the submerged arresting system, so that the submerged arresting system floats upwards to the water surface, and the collided ship is effectively arrested.
