The invention provides a bridge anti-collision arresting cable. The bridge anti-collision arresting cable comprises a bridge, wherein an anti-collision arresting cable body is arranged on one side or two sides of the bridge; the anti-collision arresting cable body comprises two stand columns, the stand columns are arranged on two sides of a navigation channel or two banks of a river channel and are connected through flange type rod pieces or joint type rod pieces, and a pulley block is arranged at the top end of each stand column; and the two stand columns are connected through a steel cable, the steel cable stretches across the two sides of the river channel and bypasses the pulley blocks to be connected with anchorage devices or sinking blocks, the mounting height of the steel cable is equal to the set clearance height of a bridge navigation hole, and the width between the two stand columns is equal to the set clearance width of the bridge navigation hole. The device is provided with the anchorage devices or the sinking blocks, the anchorage devices or the sinking blocks can be used for preventing the steel cable from being continuously stretched, the braking speed reduction effect is achieved, and the towing effect on a ship is improved, so that the ultrahigh ship is prevented from colliding with the bridge, and the device has the characteristics of being simple in structure, convenient to mount and easy to achieve.
